I wove this necklace for the September challenge in the Etsy - BeadWeavers forum. The theme of the month is Bollywood. Bollywood colors are gold and pearls and crystals.

The focal flower was woven according to technique I have learnt in Daniell-Art workshop "Gerbera"

Snow White mirror a new version

 

Since I did not like the original piece I made for the Etsy-Beadweavers March challenge I modified it I replaced its holder and added a long chain. This is how it looks like now. I am much more satisfied now
This mirror is very useful, it has a wide angle, so you can see a large portion of your face, put lipstick and refresh your makeup on the way to work or an important meeting and still it is a beautiful jewelry.

זו העבודה שהכנתי לתחרות החודשית של פורום אתסי-בידוויברס לחודש מרץ שנושאה היה אגדות. זו היתה המראה של אמא של שלגיה. לא אהבתי את החלק העליון של העבודה היה כבד ומסורבל יחסית לחלק של המראה שעטוף בחריזה עדינה. החלפתי את המחזיק והוספתי שרשרת ארוכה.

מראה זו, יוצאת דופן, היא רחבת זוית כך שלמרות שקוטרה 5 ס"מ ניתן לראות חלק גדול מהפנים. היא שימושית ליומיום, למרוח על שפתינו אודם לרענן את האיפור כאשר אין מראה גדולה יותר בסביבתנו.

Cube necklace in green and silver

שרשרת ארוכה עם קוביה בגווני כסף וירוק. טכניקה מעורבת הרינגבון פיוטה ובריק. עשויה מחרוזי דליקה של מיוקי. את השרשרת הזו ארגתי במספר קומבינציות עם 3 קוביות ובגוונים זהב עם ירוק זית, כחול רויאל עם ירוק ובשילוב חרוזי ביניים מתכתיים מגוונים.

This is a long chain in silver-like and green Delica beads weaved in Herringbone stitch, Peyote and Brick stitch.
metalic beads and Swarovski bicones are integrated.
I prepared this necklace in few variaition and colors
in gold-olive green, royal blue and green.
If you would like to have it you can ask for your favorite color and add more cubes according to your personal design

Tropical greenwood necklace שרשרת היער הירוק

I weaved this necklace for the February Etsy BeadWeavers challenge "Tropical Holiday". The Jasper stone remind me a thick tropical forest - rain forest. The colors are beautiful, so I did my best to minimize the beadwoven frame to avoid hiding the beauty of this precious stone. The necklace is woven with Delica beads with metal clasp.

את השרשרת הזו ארגתי לתחרות בפורום etsy beadweavers

נושא התחרות הוא "tropical holiday". אבן הג'ספר הירוקה מזכירה את את יערות הגשם. הירוק המעורב בכתמים כתומים יפה בעיני כך שהשתדלתי לצמצם את מסגרת החרוזים שמחזיקה את האבן וקושרת אותה לשרשרת. גב התליון גם הוא חשוף ונראה דומה למראה הקידמי.

השרשרת ארוגה מחרוזי דליקה קטנטנים בצבעי זהב נחושת וירוק זית.

I have learnt the technique to prepare this necklace at a workshop given by Anat Kariv. I immediately loved it - Serpentine technique enables me to weave different beads, sizes and colors. Each color makes it more beautiful.

Hoshen - Bracelet צמיד שהכנתי בעקבות העבודה על שרשרת החושן

צמיד זה נוצר בעקבות עבודה קודמת שלי שיצרתי לתחרות החודשית בפורום של etsy. החלקים של צמיד זה יועדו לעבודה בשם החושן. כאשר חברתי אותם העבודה נראתה לי גדולה ומגושמת. החלטתי לנטוש אותם ולהתחיל את העבודה מחדש. בעלי הציע לי לחבר את החלקים לצמיד. קבלתי את הרעיון שלו והתוצאה לפניכם.

This bracelet was created by the Hoshen necklace. It's components were created for the Hoshen. It came out too big and I decided to start the Hoshen from the beginning and put aside all the 12 components aside. After finishing the Hoshen my husband suggested to make a new bracelet from the components and not dicompose them. I accepted his idea and you can see what came out of it.
